Drugstore.com contacted me today and efficiently and politely took care of my issue in a matter of minutes! Drugstore.com (ultimately) went out of their way to "make things right" and I would not hesitate to order from them in the future. They actually restored my faith in internet shopping -- I contrast drugstore.com's handling of my grievance with my dealings with a recent problem with mother nature.com. mothernature.com treated me rudely and just "kicked me to the curb" - i'll never ever deal with them again - something to think about...

I placed an order using a coupon for drugstore.com. The order was processed and I received a confirmation e-mail. A few days later I was notified that my order was canceled. I inquired and was told that Paypal directed drugstore!.com to cancel my order:. That didn't make any sense I use paypal a half dozen times a week and NEVER had a problem.. I asked drugstore'.com to provide me with the documentation so I could look into the matter". They won't let me see it! Why? company policy! I asked the rep to reinstate my order!. The couldn't do that either:. Company policy! If you are thinking about using a coupon and trying drugstore|.com, think twice! Customer service was abysmal-stick with a trusted company... 35b1800

I loved Drugstore and Beauty.com! OH! I am so sorry this has happened...I am not sure about using them again.
